**Obverse:** Die crack runs from the rim, through the 1 in the date, the tip of the bust, the first star, and back to the rim. Numerous die cracks between stars. Die scratch runs from the chin, through the star, and to the rim. \\
**Reverse:** Numerous die cracks through USA. Die scratch runs east from the right side of the V. Die scratch left of the first A in AMERICA. \\
