**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** Die chip on designers initials JF and WC. Strong die crack on the base of the bust. Die chips on the bottom of the queue. Die crack extends south from the tip of the nose. Die gouge below the BE in LIBERTY. \\
**Reverse:** Die crack extends NW from the top right of the state outline to the rim. Die cracks extends north and east from the boats motor. \\
