**Obverse:** Multiple die gouges between the L in LIBERTY and the chin. \\
**Reverse:** Strong SW-NE die crack through the CA in AMERICA, with a die chip inside the opening of the A. Strong NW-SE die crack runs from the design above the 8 in 1805, through the 0, and to the rim below the 5. Large die gouge to the right of the S in PLURIBUS. Two die gouges above the waves to the right of the right tree. \\
