**Obverse:** Die chips on the back of the lips. Die chips on the eyebrow. Die scratches extend NE from the top of the head near 1:00. Die gouge to the left of the B in LIBERTY. Die gouges below the L in LIBERTY. \\
**Reverse:** Die gouge to the right of the bottom of the olive branch. \\
