**Obverse:** Die gouge between the E in WE and the first T in TRUST. Die gouge between the R and U in TRUST. Die gouge far southeast of the designers initials JNF. Many die gouges around the mintmark P and below the date. \\
**Reverse:** Die gouge in the tall left window. Die gouges in and around the U in UNITED. Die gouge above the first T in STATES. Die gouge inside the bottom of the R in AMERICA. Die gouge inside the last U in PLURIBUS. \\
