**Obverse:** **Stage A:** Many die gouges around the two Ls in DOLLAR. Die gouge inside the C in AMERICA. **Stage B:** Die gouge in the C no longer visible. Die gouges around the Ls still visible. \\
**Reverse:** **Stage A:** Die gouge in the area between the lower right firework bursts. Many die scratches in the same area. **Stage B:** Die scratches no longer present. Die gouge still present. \\
