**Obverse:** Die crack runs across the designers initials JF with a die chip on the J and a smaller die chip to the right of the initials. Die gouge above the U in QUARTER. \\
**Reverse:** Numerous die chips on the great blue heron. Die chip on the lower back of the great blue heron. The top of the B in BOMBAY is broken. \\
