Doubling in the target windows. Slightly rotated spread to the southeast in the fourth windows of the first and second row of windows. \\

**Obverse:** **Stage A:** Die chips on the bust to the left of the designers initials JF above the DO in DOLLAR. Die gouge below the T in LIBERTY. **Stage B:** WDDR-010. Die chips still present. It is not known if the die gouge is still present. \\
**Reverse:** **Stage A:** None known. **Stage B:** WDDR-010. Die break on top of the tower. Die break along the right side of the building above the designers initials PH. Die break on the left side of the building below the branches. \\
