**Obverse:** **Stage A:** Two die chips above the designers initials JF with a long die crack running west to the area on the bust above the E in QUARTER. Two die gouges between the U and S in TRUST. **Stage B:** Stage A markers still present. Three more die chips formed along the die crack. \\
**Reverse:** **Stage A:** Die crack on the right side of the left wall. **Stage B:** Stage A marker still present. Die chips formed on the die crack. \\
