**Obverse:** **Stage A:** Die gouge between the E and R in AMERICA. **Stage B:** Stage A marker still present. Two die gouges between the I and T in UNITED. Two die gouges inside the upper right of the O in DOLLAR. Die gouge to the right of the first L in DOLLAR. A die crack runs along the base of the bust with a die chip above the E in QUARTER.  \\
**Reverse:** **Stage A:** Die gouge between the tree branch above the building and the trees in the background. **Stage B:** Same as Stage A. \\
