**Obverse:**  Long die scratch runs SW from the lower lip. Die gouge inside the lower right of the D in UNITED. Die gouge touches the bottom of the upper portion of the C in AMERICA. \\
**Reverse:** Large die chips on the top of the heron. Small die gouge above the horizon to the far left. \\
