**Obverse:** Many strong die scratches throughout the obverse. Strong die gouges below the RT in LIBERTY. Die gouge on the bust to the right of the designers initials JF. Strong die gouge below the R in AMERICA. \\
**Reverse:** Die break on the top of the heron. \\
