**Obverse:** Die gouge near the rim below the L in LIBERTY. Small die gouge far south of the 2 in the date. Die gouge southeast of the G in GOD. Die gouge southeast of the O in GOD. Die gouge in front of the nose. Small die scratch in front of the chin. \\
**Reverse:** Small die crack with die chip on the top left of the shield above the P in PLURIBUS. Die gouge touches the lower right of the ribbon near the designers initials LB. Die gouge below the first A in AMERICA. \\
