Doubling of the saddle horn to the east goes through the tip of the saddle horn.

Obverse: Die gouge touches the bottom right of the T in QUARTER.
Reverse: Die scratch runs from the middle of the M in WYOMING to the 9 in 1890. Die scratch below the ST in STATE. Die scratch runs NE from the tip of the saddle horn.
