Obverse: Stage A: None known. Stage B: Die gouge in Jefferson's upper left forehead near the hairline.
Reverse: Stage A: Die gouge in the lower tall right window. Stage B: Stage A marker may be present, but Wexler does not mention it. Die gouge on the roof above and to the right of the tall right window. Die crack across the top of the dome.
