Slight doubling in the fluting to the right of the olive leaves overlapping the torch.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die chips on the back of the lips. Die chips on the eyebrow. Die gouge to the right of the R in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Die crack extends east from the bottom of the torch. Die gouge inside the lower portion of the second S in STATES.
