The right side of the doorway ceiling is lightly doubled to the south.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die crack in the hair below the ear. Die gouge inside the left nostril.
Reverse: Long die crack runs through STATES and ends above the T in UNITED. Die gouge touches the left side of the R in PLURIBUS. Many die gouges around the T in MONTICELLO. Die gouge above the second L in MONTICELLO.
