Obverse: Die gouge touches the left side of the N in IN. NW-SE die scratches through the bottom of the O in GOD. Die gouge to the right of the O in GOD. Die gouge inside the opening of the 2 in the date.
Reverse: Die break in the lower opening of the S in PLURIBUS. Die gouge below the left side of the building midway between the U in UNITED and the M in MONTICELLO.
