The upper right arm just below the coat sleeve is doubled to the west.

Stage B: WDDR-003. It is not known whether die gouges around the Ls or the one behind the head is still present. Die gouge near IN still present. New die gouge in the left side of the M in AMERICA.
Reverse: Stage A: None known. Stage B: WDDR-003. Die chip formed on the bottom of the T in TO.
