Doubling in the target windows. Very close spread to the northeast in the fourth window of the second row.

Obverse: Large die break along the bottom of the bust to the left of the designers initials JF. Die gouge inside the U in QUARTER. Die gouge just above the back of the head below the ME in AMERICA.
