Doubling to the west on the right side of both firework bursts, two of the lower stripes of the flag, and very slightly on the wall. Very similar to SDDR-006 except the doubling on the fireworks is stronger and the doubled stripes are weaker. Also has slight doubling on the wall, unlike SDDR-006.

Obverse: Light die scratches in and below the UN in UNITED, only die scratches below the letters are visible in later die states. Die gouge inside the U in UNITED. Die gouge inside the G in GOD. Die gouge inside the lower portion of the E in AMERICA.
Reverse: Light die pitting touches the firework burst below the F in FORT. Die gouge below the RY in McHENRY. Numerous die gouges above the fort to the left of the flagpole.
