Reverse: N/S and X-shaped die scratches above the right side of the building. Concentric die scratches at the rim above and E of UNUM. Die scratch extends S of the first U in PLURIBUS. N/S die scratch through the first O in MONTICELLO and the FI in FIVE. Large die gouge midway between the dome of the building and the LU in PLURIBUS.
